About Danilyns

Made for exacting spaces
since 1991.

From a single sewing machine to a multidisciplinary workroom, Danilyns has grown through craft, collaboration, and respect for design intent.

Our beginning

One machine.
A shared vision.

Danilyns began with one sewing machine and the shared vision of founders Dante and Linda Medallo. From curtains, drapery, and soft furnishings, they built a reputation for precise workmanship, considered detail, and dependable after-sales service.

As architects and interior designers entrusted the company with increasingly ambitious briefs, Danilyns expanded from window treatments into custom furniture and integrated interior solutions.

Then

1991

A family enterprise founded on soft-furnishing craft.

Now

One workroom

Multiple disciplines coordinated around the needs of each project.

Built to collaborate

Craft informed by
technical thinking.

With support from the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Science and Technology, the family enterprise developed the capabilities to bring complex ideas from drawing and material selection through fabrication, quality control, and installation.

Today, Danilyns works alongside design professionals and discerning clients across residential, hospitality, retail, and institutional projects. Every commission is approached with the principles that shaped the company from the beginning: skilled execution, responsive collaboration, and an uncompromising respect for the design intent.

Continuing the work

Experience is valuable
when it stays responsive.

Over the years, Danilyns has received recognition for design and management practices, and its work and story have appeared in lifestyle stores, publications, and television features. The focus remains practical: listening closely, resolving difficult details, and making each piece worthy of its setting.
