1. Scope
This notice explains how Danilyn’s Enterprises, Inc. collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information you provide when contacting us through the enquiry form, email, phone, and other channels listed on this website. It also explains our use of enquiry information for internal analytics, in the context of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules.
2. Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, company or studio, email address, phone number, project location, timeline, project description, and any drawings, photographs, specifications, or reference files you choose to share with us.
The website enquiry form sends your details and any optional attachment to our business email through Resend, after a security check. Attach only the information we need for your enquiry. You can also use our contact details.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to assess your brief, understand project requirements, prepare or discuss a quotation, respond to you, and follow up on the potential project. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis or further notice.
With your consent, we also use enquiry information for internal data analytics: to understand enquiry volumes, product and service demand, project types, and broad location or timeline trends, and to improve our services. We use aggregated or de-identified summaries where practical. This analytics use is optional and does not affect how we respond to your enquiry.
4. Storage and access
We handle enquiry correspondence through our business email and project records. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers who need the information to respond, assess, quote, plan, deliver the work, or carry out the analytics described above. This website does not operate an enquiry database. The submission passes through Cloudflare Pages Functions and Resend for email delivery; attachments are sent with the email, not published on the website.
5. Retention
For enquiries that do not become projects, we generally retain contact information and drawings you share for up to 12 months after the last communication, then securely delete them. We may delete withdrawn or clearly unsuccessful enquiries earlier when the information is no longer needed.
If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant information is transferred into the official project record and kept only as required for contractual, accounting, warranty, operational, or legal purposes.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it only to personnel, contractors, professional advisers, or technology providers where reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, support the website, comply with law, or protect legitimate rights. Any provider should receive only the information needed for its role and be subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Security
We apply reasonable organisational, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. These may include named-user access, access removal when staff leave, secure backups, restricted folders, and controlled disposal. No transmission or storage method is completely risk-free, so please avoid sharing information not needed for the quotation.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, object to certain processing of, or request deletion of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, subject to lawful retention requirements. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Website technology and external links
On danilyns.com, we use Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand page visits, how visitors find us, and contact-link clicks and successful enquiry submissions. Google may receive cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, and the pages visited. We do not send your enquiry fields, contact details, or uploaded files to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation are disabled.
You can decline analytics and continue using the site. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We remember your choice in your browser for up to six months and limit our Analytics cookies to the same period. Analytics does not run on our pages.dev previews. This website analytics choice is separate from consent to analyse enquiry information described above.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals to help prevent automated spam. The security check is separate from optional analytics consent. Google processes Analytics data under its privacy policy.
Links to Google Maps and our social pages open external services. Their own privacy notices apply when you follow those links. We will update this notice before introducing further website tracking or third-party embeds, and obtain consent where required.
10. Changes
We may update this notice when our website, suppliers, or practices change. The latest version will be posted here with its revision date.
